Parental Cooperation
Parental Cooperation:
1. Attendance at PT Meetings:
- Parents must attend the Parent-Teacher (PT) meetings to get an update on their child’s academic progress and conduct.
2. Communication with the Principal:
- When communicating with the Principal, parents are requested to mention in their letters, the Standard and Division of their child.
- If it relates to siblings studying in different classes, two separate letters should be given.
3. Support for School Authorities:
- Parents are expected to cooperate with the School Authorities by enforcing punctuality, regularity, personal cleanliness, and discipline.
- They should ensure their children practice their lessons and take an active and helpful interest in the activities of the School.
4. Requests for Certificates:
- Any certificates, endorsement, verifications from the school should be asked for three days in advance through a handwritten application to the Principal.
5. Regular Attendance:
- Parents should see that their children attend school regularly and on time.
6. Daily Checks:
- The school uniform and school books should be checked every day.
7. Study Habits:
- Parents should instill regular study habits and check on their children’s homework.
8. Healthy Food Habits:
- Parents must encourage healthy food habits and are expected to send only nutritious snacks (fruits, salads, millet balls) to their children.

1. Parent-Teacher Association (PTA):
- Join the PTA to participate in school decision-making, fundraising events, and community outreach.
- Collaborate with teachers and administrators to enhance the school experience for all students.
2. Volunteer Opportunities:
- Volunteer for school events, classroom assistance, and extracurricular activities.
- Engage in mentoring programs or parent-led initiatives to support student success.
3. Parent Networking:
- Connect with other parents through social events, parent forums, and support groups.
- Share experiences, resources, and tips on navigating the challenges of parenting and education.
4. School Newsletters:
- Regular updates on school events, achievements, and important announcements.
- Distributed via WhatsApp group and available on the school website.
5. Parent-Teacher Conferences:
- Scheduled meetings to discuss student progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Opportunities to collaborate with teachers on academic goals and strategies.
